Coaches
We are specialized in supporting the personal development of people in their roles of managers, employees, partners and private individuals. We consider it a quest for self-understanding and authenticity, delivering answers to questions concerning performance, careers and all other topics that are essential to help people regain a state of well being.
Interim managers
For setting up and managing staff reduction programs, for change management with a focus on human resources and for organizational change processes in which staff, procedures and corporate culture are subject to change. Also, for HR related interim management projects.
