HR MOBILITY MANAGEMENT
We help manage staff reductions at strategic, tactical and operational level. Firstly, by setting up the organization which is responsible for the management and implementation of the staff reduction program.
Secondly, by developing the reduction program that has to be executed by the management, the team or the department. We’re sparring partners, counsellors en coaches for all people concerned, before and during the execution of the program. Our approach is based on many years of experience in designing and implementing reduction programs, including substantial operations in the insurance and banking industries (i.e. reductions of 1,000 and 2,500 jobs).
TRANSITION MANAGEMENT
Transition is the process people go through as a result of a radical event, for instance re-organizations or the loss of a job. Vlottrekkers offer consulting, counselling and coaching in transition processes and transition management.
INTERIM MANAGEMENT
Vlottrekkers are specialized in interim management during processes, which have considerable consequences for the people involved. In this, we focus on issues concerning human resources and related issues.
COACHING
Our tailor-made coaching is focused on gaining insights about the current situation, making the necessary choices and hence making the first steps towards the future. The process of gaining insights is supported by methods like Gestalt and systemic thinking. In individual coaching, the search for authenticity plays an important role. We search for answers to questions concerning performance and career matters, dealing with (un)expected situations and breaking through blockades.
