My name is Wicher Wildeboer and I am the founder and owner of Vlottrekkers. My company works with a wide range of experienced counsellors, interim managers, coaches and trainers, thus enabling Vlottrekkers to meet challenges that require multiple disciplines.
It’s my passion to facilitate people in their personal development, as human beings, as professionals, as leaders and as team players. Peace-of mind and peace-of-heart are key in my approach, which is all about building bridges between the here-and-now and the there-and then. It is my strong conviction that deep down, every human being knows the answers to every essential question. Rediscovering one’s authenticity leads to finding the necessary answers.
In developing organizations, I strive to find and maintain a balance between corporate and personal interests.
I have lengthy experience as counsellor, coach and manager in HR and I’m specialized in mobility issues. For many years I have contributed to re-arrangement processes required after staff reductions and to supporting the employees involved in making their next steps.
I combine conceptual and analytical thinking, which enables me to effectively manage and control processes.
I am regarded as calm, trustworthy, sensitive, empathic and people-driven.
I combine my work in the Netherlands with various activities in Kenya. In 2007 I started the Maji Maendeleo Afrika Foundation, which supports people in developing projects concerning water management, healthcare, education and economy. The Foundation works for people in the Loita area in the South of Kenya. Recently, I started business in Kenya to train and coach managers and management teams.
